AFTER YOU’VE PURCHASED
When Will My Order Be Processed? We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders afterwards. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and shipped 2-3 business days after processing. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 7 business days from the day you completed your payment.
Shipping confirmation A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all international orders.
Tracking As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
Delivery Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
CANCELLATION / CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Will I Be Charged with Customs and Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. Please make sure to inspect your item fully upon arrival.
An item may only be returned if the item is incorrect, or damaged. You will have 48 hours after receiving the item to open a return. You will be asked to send us photos of the item to ensure the return is a valid claim and that the item is still in new condition. There is a 15% restocking fee and return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
What happens if the item I ordered runs out of stock?
In order to ensure prompt shipping times, if a product runs out of stock with a live order, a similar item will be substituted in place of. Items may be returned within 5 days of order without being (Dinned with free return label complimentary of BOUJEE BLUNTZ.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Policy:
INTRODUCTION:
We hope that you will be delighted with your items however, if you would like to return your
items for any reason at all, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Boujee Bluntz.
Based on the reason for the return either BOUJEE BLUNTZ or the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges. After you start the return process a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. If you are returning a damaged or wrong item, you will receive a full refund upon receiving the item back to our warehouse. If you are returning your item for any other reason, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that all items must be returned in new, unused condition. If we receive items back that have been used, you will not be refunded.
We are unable to accept returns on any consumable products including but not limited to rolling papers, blunt wraps, cones, detox products, etc.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM
In the unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, simply begin the return process by clicking the button below and we will take care of shipping costs to receive the item back to our warehouse. Please note, you may be required to provide proof of damaged product before the refund is approved. Once we have received the item back your refund will be issued within 48 business hours. If you’d still like to receive the product you will then need to place a new order.
Important: All items are quality checked before leaving the warehouse. Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit, as items will not be replaced or refunded after use.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED:
While we take every care to ensure that you are sent the correct items, mistakes can occasionally be made. If you find that you have received the wrong products, we will happily replace them with the correct items at no charge to yourself. Simply start the return process by clicking the button below. You will then be provided with a pre-paid shipping label to ship the incorrect item(s) back to us. Once we’ve received the items back to our warehouse, we will ship out your replacement item(s) within 48 hours.
UNWANTED ITEMS:
If you would like to return your items for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. You will be responsible for return shipping for unwanted items. After we’ve received the item(s) back to our warehouse you will be refunded minus any return shipping charges within 48 hours.
Start a return:
- All returns must be received back to our warehouse in new, UNUSED condition. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS if your product has been used. If you return a used product, you WILL NOT be refunded.
- Returns are accepted for USA shipments only. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items damaged by customer cannot be returned. If your product is damaged as a result of misuse, you are responsible, and your product is no longer eligible for a return.
- All items with packaging must be returned unopened, in original packing to be eligible for a refund.

BOUJEE BLUNTZĀ® is proud to now offer a free shipping option for all USA orders. BOUJEE BLUNTZĀ® ships all orders via the United States Postal Service, FedEx or DHL Express. Free Shipping apply to 48 contiguous states only. Orders will be processed with the cheapest shipping option with delivery times ranging from 3-16 business days. Expedited services such as 1-3 Day and overnight USPS and FedEx shipping are also available for an additional charge. Shipping times are estimated by shipping carrier and are not guaranteed through BOUJEE BLUNTZ.
Minimum Order
To be able to offer Free Shipping on orders to the 48 contiguous states, BOUJEE BLUNTZĀ® requires a minimum purchase of $10 per order. You may still complete a purchase for less than the minimum order amount; however, you will be required to pay shipping charges.
DISCREET BILLING/SHIPPING/PACKAGING
We value your privacy and work hard to guarantee that 100% of your information is safe with us. One part of that process includes discreet shipping and billing. When you order from us there is no need to worry about anyone knowing what is inside your package. Each order is packaged in a plain brown or white box with no store or product information listed. To protect this even further our return address on your shipping label will read “JAM Distribution”. We promise that no mention of product or “BOUJEE BLUNTZ” will be displayed on your package.
For international shipments it is required that we list product names and values on the customs forms. In this case if you are outside the US, you will see product information but everything else will be the same as above.
All purchases made from our site will appear on your statements as “BOUJEE BLUNTZ” however there will be no mention of “smoke shop” or anything like protect your privacy. Product names will NOT be listed on your statements, just the order total, date, and “BOUJEE BLUNTZ”.
SHIPPING CARRIER:
UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) & FEDEX:
BOUJEE BLUNTZ is proud to ship our packages using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. We have found USPS and FedEx to be the most cost-effective solution for our customers. We currently offer economy and expedited shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Shipping rates and estimated times are received from the shipping carrier and automatically calculated during checkout based on the geographic location of the recipient and the size/weight of the shipment. Adult signature may be required upon delivery.
SHIPMENT TRACKING & INSURANCE:
USPS Priority Mail and all FedEx services offer full tracking capabilities, which includes updates once package is shipped, reaches a shipping hub and once the item is delivered, these also include insurance up to $100 in case your package is damaged. USPS First Class Mail also includes tracking but is limited to when the package is shipped and when it is delivered; First Class Shipping does not include any insurance on your package. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is fulfilled.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update after shipment confirmation is received.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
SHIPMENT TIME:
We do our absolute best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 12:00 PM CT on Monday – Friday are normally shipped the same day. Normal shipping days are Monday – Friday only and do not include national holidays. Any orders received after 12:00 PM CT on Friday are shipped first thing Monday morning. This schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events, holidays, and inclement weather. Estimated shipping times provided by carrier at checkout refer to the number of days to receive your package after the shipment has been picked up from our warehouse in Missouri.
Delivery Time
Packages shipped domestically via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Home Delivery are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Although First Class Mail offers a more economical shipping solution, delivery times can be considerably longer than Priority Mail or FedEx services. Packages shipped domestically via USPS First Class mail are typically delivered in 2-9 days depending on the distance from our distribution center in Missouri (not including Hawaii and Alaska). These times are estimated by the United States Postal Service and are not guaranteed through BOUJEE BLUNTZĀ®. Shipments delivered outside the estimated delivery date are not the responsibility of BOUJEE BLUNTZĀ® and will not be refunded. Estimated shipping times may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and holidays.
NOTE: Products sold by third parties may have their own shipping policies and will vary from times estimated by BOUJEE BLUNTZĀ® at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Packages shipped outside of the USA via Priority Mail International are typically delivered in 6-10 business days after shipment. Packages sent outside the USA via First Class Mail International will have varied delivery times which can be up to 20 business days for remote areas.
BOUJEE BLUNTZĀ® also offers USPS Priority Express International and DHL Express as expedited options for international customers. Orders shipped with these methods are typically received in 3-4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; BOUJEE BLUNTZĀ® has no control over these charges, nor can BOUJEE BLUNTZĀ® predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Please note, it is your responsibility to know the laws and regulations of importing our products into your country. If your shipment is confiscated by customs, you will not be refunded. Furthermore, if you refuse to pay import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country or the carrier, your package will be discarded by the carrier, and you will not be refunded.
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS:
There are several reasons a package could be returned to our warehouse as undeliverable to address. These reasons may include item is too big for PO box, incorrect address, incorrect address format, failed delivery attempts, damaged during transit, other transportation problems, unable to export or other address problems.
When packages are returned as undeliverable you will be contacted via email and provided with a full refund (additional shipping charges will not be refunded).
Orders that are returned to BOUJEE BLUNTZĀ® as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect your package is undeliverable you will need to wait until the package is received back to our warehouse to receive a refund. However, you are welcome to place a new order in the meantime and your original order will be refunded as soon as it is returned.
NOTE: It is your responsibility to be aware of import regulations in your country. If your product is returned to us because an item or items, you ordered cannot be imported to your country you will not receive your order and it will be refunded minus shipping costs.
RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased from BOUJEE BLUNTZĀ® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received your package you will need to contact your local USPS branch to resolve the issue.
